RICHARD DAWSON AND SHANNON DAWSON AT AGE 25
Richard Dawson was the well known and much loved host of the long-running television game show Family Feud. In fact, he was the original host having hosted from 1976 to 1985 and then again for a year in 1994. It is said that ever since he left the show, the ratings were not as good as before. Richard has two sons and a daughter, and he was so excited after her birth that he showed off a photograph of his newly born child on national television. Shannon, on her part, is averse to the camera and is a very private individual. The only time she is said to have appeared on camera was when she and her brother paid tribute to their late father, as he passed away on 2nd June, 2012 due to esophageal cancer.
